A Rapid City native, Courtney Lien grew up in family business and has deep pride in her Black Hills roots. Seeing a need for private college consulting services in the Black Hills, she founded C. Lien Educational Consulting (CLEC) in 2023, where she combines her unique experience as an Industrial and Organizational Psychologist and Independent Education Consultant to identify the main goal and ambition of her clients to make sure they embark on a happy and successful collegiate path. She is passionate about helping families save time, stress and money so they can focus on the fun and excitement surrounding such a big life transition.
